All our Radiator restoration work has a warranty against defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from the date of the invoice.

In the event of a failure due to a defect in material or workmanship, the original purchaser shall be responsible only for the cost of removal, delivery and re-installation. All additional parts & processes required to rectify will be covered by BSP.

This warranty applies to all refurbished radiators unless otherwise stated. The warranty covers the radiator and any parts that have been refurbished by BSP. This warranty does not apply to any product that has been repaired or altered in any way so as, in the judgment of BSP, to affect its stability or which has been subject to misuse, negligence or operating conditions in excess of those for which the radiator were designed. This warranty does not cover the effects of physical or chemical properties of water, steam, or other liquids used in the radiator.

Whilst BSP endeavour to remove all silt & debris from radiators during the flushing process customers should be aware that due to the nature & age of the radiators there may be some traces of silt we are unable to remove. Customers are advised to fit a suitable inline filter to the central heating system alongside a suitable inhibitor.

Our Recommendations

We can usually match any colour you give us. Please ensure you realise that colours represented on the internet and our website will vary slightly to the actual paint colour.

Radiators once polished should be kept oiled by applying a thin coat of light oil such as WD40 or similar, every 3 months this helps to prevent rust occurring giving it the protection it needs and keeps it looking ascetically pleasing.

Polished radiators we recommend should not be placed in a bathroom or kitchen or anywhere in the property that will have moisture in the air as this will cause the radiator to
rust. Never put damp clothes on one either again this will cause the radiator to rust.

Ensure you have a qualified plumber to install the radiators as not doing this will invalidate your guarantee with us.
