At our workshops we offer comprehensive Abrasive Blasting which is also known as Sand blasting, Grit Blasting, Shot Blasting or Media Blasting
Here at BSP we regularly blast clean an array of metalwork removing old layers of paint and debris. Some of the items we regularly blast clean are cast iron radiators, fireplaces, Garden furniture, iron railings, garden gates, lamp posts, post & telephone boxes. This is undertaken in our large capacity blasting unit (4.5m x 3m x3m) using a High Carbon Steel Grit media. This setup is best suited to removing heavy deposits of paint & corrosion. We also have the ability to use other media for more delicate applications if required.
