The Jaguar is a traditional valve. Although a perfect option for any radiator, this style is especially suited to more traditional radiators, particularly cast iron radiators. This valve is comparable to our ever popular Faringdon style, the Jaguar combines the luxury design notes of the Faringdon whilst achieving a more competitive price without sacrificing build quality. This traditional radiator valve is like its more expensive counterparts, constructed from excellent quality brass and features a beautiful sleek Black Nickel Finish.
We recommend all TRVs are installed on the flow rather than the return pipework of a radiator. When used in conjunction with a system automatic bypass valve this thermostatic valve can be installed on either the flow or return in any orientation. System automatic bypass valves are a specific building regulation requirement for all new installations and boiler upgrades. All bi‐directional TRV from any manufacturer require the bypass valve to function correctly and thus avoid radiator hammer.
Frost protection settings which keeps the valve at a temperature to prevent damage to the radiator. These valves come with decorators caps which are used to fully isolate valves, whilst a radiator is removed for decorating.
